First technology troubleshoot

Today I had my first experience with troubleshooting a computer problem for a teacher. A teacher couldn't print at the workstation in her classroom, and I looked at the printer properties and attempted to turn the printer off/on. It didn't work, Dr. Unruh then looked at it, cleared the documents that were going to the printer, and told the teacher to reboot. That still didn't fix the problem, and so we then began to look at connectivity. As I was looking under the desk to see if there were any unconnected wires, Dr. Unruh spotted an unconnected wire at the printer. He had me look, and I reconnected the network wire to the printer. :) Problem solved!
