What does NCLB have to do with streaming video?

No Child Left Behind . . . hardly a day goes by without teachers, administrators, and others in the educational world being reminded of it's everpresent rule in our lives. So what does NCLB have to do with streaming video? Well, apparently, a lot. According to an article on LibraryVideo.com, the "use of video in the classroom improves learning and retention, and therefore will improve test scores."

Of course, I must add my two cents - in order to truly benefit students, videos must be used intentionally within a classroom in an effective manner! Remember Denning? He gave some great ideas on how to use video effectively!
